These Terms of Service (hereinafter — Terms) govern the relationship between the Kopypasta service (hereinafter — Service), accessible at https://app.kopypasta.ru, and the user (hereinafter — User). Kopypasta is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Yusupov Radik Anasovich (OGRNIP 317169000076522). By using Kopypasta, you agree to these Terms.
Kopypasta is a cross-posting service for short-form videos to social networks, including TikTok, VK Clips, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Rutube. Kopypasta allows users to upload videos, schedule publications across multiple platforms, and manage their team.
To use Kopypasta, registration is required. The User agrees to provide accurate information and is responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. Kopypasta accounts may be created via email, Yandex, or VK authentication.
The User agrees not to use Kopypasta to distribute content that violates the laws of the Russian Federation, the rights of third parties, or the rules of the target social networks (including TikTok, VK, YouTube, Instagram, and Rutube).
Users retain ownership of all content uploaded to Kopypasta. By using the Service, you grant Kopypasta a limited license to process and transmit your content to the selected social networks for the purpose of publication. Uploaded videos are stored temporarily and deleted after successful publication or expiry.
Kopypasta offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial, pricing is 200 RUB/month per channel (monthly billing), 180 RUB/month per channel (6-month plan, 10% discount), or 160 RUB/month per channel (12-month plan, 20% discount). When adding channels mid-billing cycle, a prorated charge applies. Payments are processed via Tbank.
Kopypasta integrates with third-party platforms including TikTok, VK, YouTube, Instagram, and Rutube. The User acknowledges that their use of these platforms is subject to each platform's own terms of service. Kopypasta is not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or platform policies that may affect the Service's functionality.
Kopypasta is provided "as is." The Service is not responsible for the blocking of User accounts on social networks, temporary unavailability of third-party platform APIs, or any content-related disputes between the User and third-party platforms.
